My name is Astrid, the founder of SOLIDES. After studying law, I started my career in the legal world, but after a few years I discovered my passion for HR. Thanks to a unique opportunity, I was able to retrain and specialise in labour law and HR issues. I now have over 25 years' experience, of which 15 years of self-employment.

As a consultant, I help organisations with complex HR challenges, both on a project basis and in leadership roles. I also coach and mentor professionals in their development, something that always continues to inspire me as well.  

As a Certified Talent Navigator at BrainCompass, I help people and organisations make the most of their talent. My approach? Real listening, good analysis and building solutions together that work and create lasting value.
