My name is Eveline and I am the co-founder of SOLIDES. I am a dedicated HR professional with over 10 years' experience, the last 4 of which have been in self-employment. I started my career in recruitment and HR consultancy, a time when I got to know several organisations. Moving to an ambitious fintech start-up gave me the opportunity to work across the entire HR function.

After a great time in paid employment, as a mother of two young children, I was looking for a better work-life balance. The interim position at SOLIDES offered me this flexibility: combining valuable HR work with time for my family. My strengths? Fast switching, organisational sensitivity and a fresh, sharp eye for processes. In this way, I can add real value to any organisation.
